With nearly 17 years at Continental and more than 35 years of manufacturing experience, I have had the opportunity to help lead teams focused on delivering quality products and meeting customer expectations.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Before joining Continental, I served for five years in the U.S. Army, including assignments at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama; Headquarters, U.S. Army Europe, in Heidelberg, Germany; and the 24th Mechanized Infantry Division.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">What I enjoy most about my role is building strong teams and helping team members develop professionally. I believe engaged, capable teams are the foundation of success, and I take pride in coaching and supporting employees through both professional and personal challenges. Throughout my career, I have been given opportunities to grow and develop, and I am passionate about creating those same opportunities for others.
