My role as a Quality Engineer at Continental allows me to combine the experiences and values I developed over 13 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Technician and Quality Inspector. Every day, I have the opportunity to identify process improvements, solve problems, and help strengthen the quality standards that our customers rely on.

What I enjoy most about my position is the challenge of finding weaknesses within our processes and working toward solutions that improve efficiency for everyone involved. There is a massive sense of accomplishment in knowing that every issue corrected, every process improved, and every potential defect prevented contributes to a better product and a stronger company moving forward.

Being part of the Continental team means having the ability to positively impact the company’s outcomes every day. I take pride in helping improve training, prevent quality escapes, and uphold the high standards our customers expect from their engines.
