I serve as Continental’s Executive Vice President of Operations North America, supporting AvGas engine and parts manufacturing in both Mobile and Fairhope, Alabama. With nearly 17 years at Continental and more than 35 years of manufacturing experience, I have had the opportunity to help lead teams focused on delivering quality products and meeting customer expectations.

Before joining Continental, I served for five years in the U.S. Army, including assignments at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama; Headquarters, U.S. Army Europe, in Heidelberg, Germany; and the 24th Mechanized Infantry Division.

What I enjoy most about my role is building strong teams and helping team members develop professionally. I believe engaged, capable teams are the foundation of success, and I take pride in coaching and supporting employees through both professional and personal challenges. Throughout my career, I have been given opportunities to grow and develop, and I am passionate about creating those same opportunities for others. I take great pride in the accomplishments of the Continental team and remain committed to helping our organization continue to grow, innovate, and succeed.
